Designed for the adult that is ready to gain back their strength, energy, and confidence. This program will give you the training and nutritional accountability you need to get back on track with your fitness goals this fall.
How it works
Once you are enrolled in our program, we will take you through our assessment and goal setting session. This 1-on-1 session allows us to walk you through our most common exercises, talk nutrition, set goals, and answer any questions you might have - everything you need to be ready to roll on Day 1.
During the challenge, you will have unlimited access to our Adult Group Fitness classes, morning and night - schedule
Throughout the 28 days, we will be checking in on you for accountability and to answer any questions you might have during the challenge.
