8-Week Spring Fitness Challenge

Our 8-week challenge is designed to give you everything you need to look and feel better just in time for summer.

This program will:

  • Guide you through the goal setting process
  • Give you a realistic nutrition plan based on where you are and where you want to be
  • Offer you group training sessions designed specifically to build strength and drop body fat
  • Keep you accountable every step of the way

8-Week Challenge

This program is NOT designed to be a quick fix, but instead a kick-start to a healthier and fitter you. You will not be asked to buy/drink shakes, go on a highly restrictive diet, or to workout for hours everyday. Instead, you will be asked to make small, realistic changes to your nutrition and exercise routine that you can take with you for the rest of your life.
