This 8 week program is designed for anyone that is ready to look and feel better in 2019. We use simple, yet effective methods to help you build muscle, burn fat, and increase your energy. With the addition of our nutrition coaching and goal setting session, we will guide you through the entire process. How it works
Once you are enrolled in our program, we will schedule your 1-on-1 assessment and goal setting session. This initial session allows us to walk you through proper exercise technique, talk nutrition, set goals, and answer any questions you might have - everything you need to be ready to roll on Day 1.
During the challenge, you will have unlimited access to our Adult Group Fitness classes - schedule
Once a week, we will check in with you for accountability and to answer any questions you have during the program.
Finally, at the end of the program, we will complete our post assessment to show you all the progress you made in only 8 short weeks!
