Semi-Private Personal Training

Our semi-private personal training offers our members individualized training programs set in a small group environment. Each member completes their own training program, while working out alongside other like-minded individuals. To ensure each member is getting the attention they deserve, each session is limited to 5 participants.

Strength Camp

Our Strength Camp training program is a great option for the former athlete that wants to stay strong and fit or for a busy parent trying to keep up with their young athlete. During these intense workouts, clients will perform heavy resistance training, sprints, core training, and various conditioning methods. These workouts are specifically designed to safely build muscle, burn fat, and help boost energy.
