At Drees Performance Training we offer three training options to fit your goals and budget. We work with many "Weekend Warriors" that want to stay healthy and fit for their active lives, as well as mothers and fathers that simply want to lose a few pounds.

 
 

 

Personal Training

For the client that is looking for a completely customized program for their unique goals and schedule.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Our semi-private personal training offers our members individualized training programs set in a small group environment. Each member completes their own training program, while working out alongside other like-minded individuals. To ensure each member is getting the attention they deserve, each session is limited to 5 participants.

Group Training

Our group training sessions are built with the ex-athlete and current "Weekend Warrior" in mind. For the mother or father that wants to keep up with their young athlete, while also staying competitive on their weekend softball team. If you are like these people and feel stuck with your current routine, let us safely improve your strength and endurance, while also making you look and feel much better in the process!

  • For members that are new to us, we generally recommend starting out with our Semi-Private Personal Training option
