This 4 week team competition is designed for motivated individuals that want to lose 5-10 pounds this spring. Teams of 3-5 will compete with each other for a team prize and an individual prize of $250 cash. Workouts and nutrition coaching included. Group discounts available. Individuals without a team can still sign up and will be placed on an existing team.
