This comprehensive program is designed for the high school and junior high athlete looking to improve his/her linear and lateral quickness, jumping ability, power, and core strength. Each athlete will receive an individualized training program based on his/her sport, age, and injury history.

Adult Group Strength and Conditioning

Our adult group training classes offer performance-minded adults the opportunity to improve the way they look, move, and feel in a fun supportive environment. Unlike large aerobics-style classes, our groups are kept small and focus on improving functional strength, while dropping body fat. All members are closely monitored to ensure proper form and technique on all exercises.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Our semi-private personal training offers clients individualized training programs set in a small group environment. Each member completes their own training program, while working out alongside other like-minded individuals. To ensure each member is getting the attention they deserve, each session is limited to 5 participants. By combining individualized training in a small group setting, members are able to achieve personal training results, while paying group training prices.

Personal Training

Personal training is an excellent option for members that need and/or prefer one-to-one attention from their trainer, or for those with variable schedules. Online coaching allows individuals that do not live in the Burnsville area access to the same attention and expertise that our local members have come to enjoy.
