Our semi-private personal training offers our members individualized training programs set in a small group environment. Each member completes their own training program, while working out alongside other like-minded individuals. To ensure each member is getting the attention they deserve, each session is limited to 5 participants. By combining individualized training in a small group setting, members are able to achieve personal training results, while paying group training prices.
