Nicole fell in love with the sport of volleyball at a very young age back home in central Wisconsin. It was this passion for volleyball that led her to discover how beneficial strength and conditioning can be for young athletes. She went on to graduate from St. Catherine University, and it was during this time that she began personal training at various gyms, and coaching volleyball for various age groups at Vital Volleyball Club. She loved working with these young athletes, and watching people of all ages fall in love with a healthier and more active lifestyle.
