Our private and small-group volleyball sessions offer athletes the opportunity to refine their skills before their next big game or try-out. All of our instructors are highly qualified with years of playing and coaching experience.

9/17 - Defense and Setting (7:00-8:30pm)
9/18 - Defense and Setting (7:00-8:30pm)
9/21 - Defense and Attacking (10:00-11:30am)

9/24 - Hitting & Blocking (7:00-8:30pm)
9/25 - Hitting & Blocking (7:00-8:30pm)
9/28 - Defense and Attacking (10:00-11:30am)

  • 4-year starter at Luther College (NCAA DIII)

  • Luther College record holder for both assists in a match and assists in a career

Nicole Sweeney

Nicole fell in love with the sport of volleyball at a very young age back home in central Wisconsin. She started playing in 6th grade all the way through high school. During this time, she also played for Wisconsin ICE Volleyball Club.

Since moving to Minnesota, she has coached volleyball for Burnsville High School and Vital Volleyball Club.

Meagan Schwarzrock

Meagan is a student at St. Catherine University, where she played D-III volleyball for 3 years. As an Exercise and Sports Science major, she has always had a passion for physical activity. She takes joy in working with young athletes and has had 2 years of coaching experience. She strives to keep young athletes enjoying the game of volleyball she had fallen in love with when she first started playing 11 years ago. As a student-athlete herself, she recognizes the importance strength and conditioning can have on improving sport performance.

Shelby Stehn

Shelby has been playing volleyball for over 13 years and has coached young athletes in club volleyball for 3 years. She played all through school in Spicer, MN and continued on through intramural volleyball at the University of Minnesota. Shelby’s passion is coaching younger players who may be new to volleyball or need skill developing. She believes the first step to becoming great at volleyball is a love for the sport. Being able to help players fall in love with volleyball while developing their skills, is the true marker of success in her eyes.
