Volleyball Training

Our private and small-group volleyball sessions offer athletes the opportunity to refine their skills before their next big game or try-out. All of our instructors are highly qualified with years of playing and coaching experience.

Small-Group Volleyball Training Options

Session 1: June 10th - July 12th
Session 2: July 15th - August 9th

* Open to volleyball athletes 5th grade and up.

Private Volleyball Training Options

Private volleyball lessons will be offering throughout the summer and fall. Availability and rates will vary based on the instructor. Please contact us for more information.

Nicole Sweeney

Nicole fell in love with the sport of volleyball at a very young age back home in central Wisconsin. She started playing in 6th grade all the way through high school. During this time, she also played for Wisconsin ICE Volleyball Club.

Since moving to Minnesota, she has coached volleyball for Burnsville High School and Vital Volleyball Club.

Meagan Schwarzrock

Meagan is a student at St. Catherine University, where she played D-III volleyball for 3 years. As an Exercise and Sports Science major, she has always had a passion for physical activity. She takes joy in working with young athletes and has had 2 years of coaching experience. She strives to keep young athletes enjoying the game of volleyball she had fallen in love with when she first started playing 11 years ago. As a student-athlete herself, she recognizes the importance strength and conditioning can have on improving sport performance.
