What to Expect:
Each athlete will be individually assessed and receive a training program tailored to their unique needs
Athletes will be coached on proper technique of the performance tests used by area clubs to evaluate talent
Plyometric, speed/agility, and strength training exercises will be prescribed based on ability level of each athlete
