What to Expect:

  1. Each athlete will be individually assessed and receive a training program tailored to their unique needs

  2. Athletes will be coached on proper technique of the performance tests used by area clubs to evaluate talent

  3. Plyometric, speed/agility, and strength training exercises will be prescribed based on ability level of each athlete
